Dr. Wagner was excellent. He went over my x-rays in great detail. He discussed next steps. Assured me if/when I needed him I could send my message through the portal or let my physical therapist know and he would get me right in. Very reassuring!

Dr. Wagner has been a great doctor and person and has tried to help me work through my medical plan for my knee. I really like this doctor. He is smart and compassionate!

Once he realized I would not get any treatments like gel or anti inflamtories for my knees, he decided I was not a viable consumer and the rest of the appointment and advice whent downhill!

I was concerned about pain and it wasn't addressed. My pain meds were getting low and I was worried about the pain would be without them. As a black female, I felt like my pain wasn't being considered. It's like we have to beg for some pain relief. My arm obviously would start hurting without meds while expecting to perform daily activities including typing for work. I've been in pain since I took off the brace and have trouble sleeping.

My experience with Dr. Wagner's assistant was good. He was respectful, knowledgeable and attentive. However, Dr. Wagner spent very little time with me and appeared rushed. I did not feel as though I was a priority as a patient.

Dr Wagner was very nice thorough in his explanations, etc. He showed me the X-rays, gave me options & I was very satisfied.

Dr. Wagner gave me 2 options: Either do the A2M the following week or get a knee replacement. When I asked him to drain my knee, which is what I had come for, he refused and said he would do it the following week when he did the A2M treatment.

I feel I was treated like my issue wasn't seriouslike I had an "owie" and that it wasn't necessary for me to be there.

I brought in a couple of articles about my possible knee treatment. Dr. Said they were accurate ( one piece written by his boss). We discussed the options available and we made a decision on next steps.

Dr. Wagner pointed out to me that the prior EMG Nerve test that was done didn't examine the areas that are causing me issues. First doctor to catch that and help send me on a path towards an answer to the chronic pain I endure, 24-7.

Everyone was very thorough.

Dr Wagner explained how my fall at home could have caused the problem with my foot. He was concerned about the degree of inflammation in my shoulder and so ordered an x-ray of it before doing the injection. He also adivised draining some of the fluid and took the time to do that.

Dr Wagner could have easily told me in a polite way that a woman of my age could solve my issues but not running in a half-marathon, but he didn't. He recognized it was something I want to accomplish and he is willing to get me back on track to complete the race in April.
